Please review our policies around cancellation, conduct and late session constraints. If, at any time, you have a question about these policies, please feel free to contact us!
Cancellation & Late Arrival
Please cancel 24 hours in advance whenever possible. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, or if you do not show up for an appointment and do not call before the 24 hour period to let me know you cannot attend, a 60% fee will be charged. Exceptions are occasionally made for illness or emergency.
Please note that if you are not feeling well before your massage, it is best to call and talk with me to see if we should reschedule. Getting a massage when you feel something coming on is counter-intuitive and can make you feel even worse because of the improved circulation that results from massage.
Regarding late arrivals, if there is no other client scheduled after you it is possible that you could still get your full session. Otherwise, we may not be able to get the full appointment in. Generally, I give you five minutes leeway; after that, time is generally subtracted from your scheduled appointment length.
Code of Conduct
As a trained and certified massage therapist, I offer a professional experience as we work together to heal, strengthen and improve your overall health and wellness. We all have different thresholds and comfort levels, so communication is crucial during massage. I encourage clear communication during sessions and ask my clients to share if they are feeling uncomfortable at any time.
I will reserve the right to discontinue any session where I feel threatened in any way. Sexual advances of any sort will result in immediate termination of your session. Payment will be due in full.
